Kosmetic Concierge plans (Essential, Signature and Maison) are monthly subscriptions, charged in Australian dollars at the price shown on our website at checkout. All prices include GST and are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
There is no lock-in contract. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to the service until then and will not be charged again.
Setup is complimentary for our first 20 founding clinics and A$490 (including GST) thereafter. If the bookings recovered in your first 60 days, as recorded in your weekly briefings, are worth less than three times your monthly fee, your second month's fee is credited.
